Local Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business days. Then delivered the following day unless specified other within the order form. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

There are no shipping charges for orders over £40.00 This is for all local postcodes within 10 miles of the shop.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been paid. It is then dispatched and delivered on the date specified

Customs, Duties and Taxes

There is no duty or tax on the products we sell. VAT is included within the price.

Damages

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside our local postcode policy and no international delivery.

Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds on fresh products.
